MONDAYS
Studio 2 Happy Feet 5.30-6.30pm Age 5+
This class is a general dance class for little happy feet. The styles included in this class are; Tap, Jazz, Street, Lyrical and Ballet. The lessons will vary from week to week to really get a taste of dance. This is a fun class for young students with lots of energy and a keenness for all dance styles.
Studio 1 Advanced Street Jazz and Tap Age 10+
6.00-7.00pm
Like all dance styles, technique and rhythm is most important to enable a clean performance. The Jazz and Tap class allows you to build strength and technique for performance. It’s a fun and energetic class which will allow your presentation skills to advance quickly. *NEW the lessons are hourly you recieve 2 hours of tap and 2 hours of jazz every 4 weeks. (TAP AND JAZZ SHOES ESSENTIAL)
Studio 1 Hip Hop in Heels Age 10+ 7-8pm
Hip Hop in Heels is now an open class for anyone over the age of 10 and is UFDC`s most popular class for the Ladies. Dancing in heels not only encourages core stability and strength but also the ability to build confidence and style. Heels are not essential in your first lesson however to really develop this technique heels allow your dancing to become feminine.
Studio 1 Advanced Street Dance Age 10+ 8-9 pm
If you have danced for over 6 months with UFDC you may get invited to join this class. The advanced street class aims to really push talent and technique for performance and competitions. Confidence is a must with this class as its fast paced and stylised.

TUESDAYS
Studio 1 Teen Street Dance 1 Age 8 - 12 6.30-7.30pm
If you are aged 8-12 this class is perfect for you. A very oversubscribed class which has an amazing reputation of quality dance performances. The lesson is fast paced whilst you get the opportunity to perform in small groups building friendships and confidence is also key here in this class.
Studio 2 Choreography 1 OPEN AGE 6.30-7.30pm
If you have not got the space at home, love being creative and enjoy experimenting with choreography then this class is for you. You will get free use of the music stystem to have a play around with beats to fit your style- even if you like to choreograph but teach it to others, this class is definatley for you.

Studio 1 6-8pm `JAM` OPEN CLASS
If you love the styles of house, lockin, poppin, vougin, wakin, breakin and just pure free style. This class is for you. There will be no guidlines on what you can do- just as long as its different. You may get the opportunity to teach your moves to others and use this session for choroegraphy!

Studio 1 Hip Hop Lyrical Age 8+ 6-7pm
If you are keen to look at the smoothness of dance and music combined then this class is for you. This class looks at music video choreogrpahy and that all important key principle of lyrical- telling the story through dance. This class will use slower rnb tracks to allow hip hop an dlyrical to combine into a dynamic collaboration.
Studio 1 Lyrical Age 10+ 7-8 pm
An amazing class for those students studying GCSE dance at school. This class really pushes the ideas of contemporary dance and give an essence of freedom within the lesson, really becoming yourself and performing with ease and self belief. Lyrical can be quite an emotional performance, however it allows the dancer to sho of there versitality.

Studio 1 ENERGETIX CREW 11am -1pm

The amazing Isaak will be joining us to deliver his absolute stunning styles of urban dance and hip hop techniques. This class is open to all ages and will be an enjoyable class really exploring different styles of hip hop to use for performance. A must for Dancers who want to develop sharpness and accuracy within their dancing for competitions.
Studio 2 Choreography 2 OPEN AGE 11-1pm

Studio 2 Tiny Tots Street Jive 3-5 11am-12pm
Tiny Tots is an amazing session for children aged 3-5 beginning to explore street dance. Within the lesson the students will learn basic directions, left and right signals, performance techniques, floor work, counting, partner work and play games. This is an energetic class to get your child learning to dance in a fun environment.
Studio 1 Beginners Street and Break Dance Age 6+
12-1.15pm
The Beginners Street & Breakin Class was UFDC`s first ever class and is still the most popular class. If your child is aged 6-13 they will absolutely love this class. During the class the students look at different styles of Urban Dance and work towards performance. Whether your child is into street or breaking this class is perfect for building confidence in all areas of Urban Dance.
Studio 1 Teaching Techniques Age 14+ 1.15-2pm
If you are 14+ and imagine yourself teaching dance or just helping out with youngsters this class enables you to work with children safely with the bonus of gettign paid (Max 6 per year). The aim of this class is for you to build confidence whilst working with children, set lessons, choose the right moves and music for different ages, and be comfortable whilst leading a group.
